On October 18th, FIPFA was invited to attend the Youth Russian Olympics in Moscow. This FIPFA delegation traveled with the specific purpose of introducing Powerchair Football to this country. A Montauban Handisport player was the starting point of this project and additionally, his club sent players and staff to assist FIPFA in their efforts promoting the sport.

2008 Powerchair Demonstrations

Russia invite FIPFA to organise a Powerchair demonstration during the second Youth Paralympic Games Russian Open in Moscou.

Date : October 19-23, 2008.
